OUR path to success - challenges and adaptation
Emmelie and Matt (the Em and M of the name) came together through a chance meeting at a business networking group. We got into a conversation about our poor experiences working for employers and contractors who had implemented systems with little thought of how they were to be implemented or used.
We had both seen companies waste hundreds of thousands on badly thought out or implemented projects. We then started chatting about AI in business, and realised we had the same passion for putting the right tools in the right place in the right way.
Em&M was born within a month of that first meeting and we have enjoyed helping businesses improve ever since.
